Hey everyone....
I'm wondering what most folks arrow length is, to back of point?
In the past, I made my quivers with a length set up for around 29 inch arrows, due to most folks drawing around 28 inches.
But now, I've noticed that even though lot's of folks draw 28 inches, they're shooting arrows a bit longer to weaken the spine.
So I'm needing to do a poll to know what the average length will be for my Standard quivers.
Thanks!

I need a long quiver I'm 6'3" plus and shoot 33" arrows with only a little room to spare
Thanks GrnMtnTradnut,
I maybe shoulda added 34" to the list too!

Although I'm not a tall guy, I have long arms so I shoot 32" arrows.
Thanks Night Wing, and others that have voted......
This is very helpful!

31" here. :campfire:
I'm shooting 29"-30". I prefer that my arrows stick out of the top of the quiver a good bit. I dont want any fletching inside the quiver.
30" here
Most of the guys shooting longer arrows are shooting carbons, that is what is needed in tuning them. They don't come is as many different spines as wood or aluminum.Trying to get a carbon arrow 1" past your draw is a hit or miss and weigh enough, especially with bows not cut to center. With wood and aluminum I would get them just past my draw but I had more spine choices, but with carbons my arrows are longer.
I use 30" carbons so that I use a heavier spine to get the weight up to where I want it, though I only draw 27 1/2 "

The 32" arrow I shoot is Easton XX75 aluminum. At 42 pounds, my total arrow weight is 553 grains. I don't like tuning carbon arrows by loading up on point weight since I shoot a light poundage bow. My broadhead of choice is a 150 grain screw-in Wensel Woodsman.
Does shooting longer arrows from the same draw length actually weaken the effective spine?
I know it does make arrows flight tend to straighten out.
30" minimum (my draw length), thats where I usually cut my woodies. Carbons workout around 31".

29.75"
UNCUT: I have found that keeping them long makes them easier to tune and versitile through an array of bows of different weights. Simply Changing the Tip weight balances them out.
And you know fellas.......Size Matters :D
30.5" (my draw is 28")
1 inch over my draw either 31 inchs
Bobby,
I've made a few quivers styled after yours and make them so they are adjustable to a couple of inces to make up for the difference between field tips and broadheads. Love your quivers--so functional and light weight Thanks!!

27" with 300 grains up front. I just prefer my arrows to be shorter plus it gives me some weight up front and the weight comes in right where I want it to be.
I draw 28.5", use a 29.5"-30" arrow not to weaken spine, but for safety with broadheads...
32" because a longer arrow is easier to shoot accurately.
Having a short draw, my arrows are 28.5".
I'm going off the charts here - 35" If you've met me, you know why....

BOB!!!
And the quiver works OK for that length arrow?
I may need to do more surgery on it when you send it!
