Anyone have any knowledge and history on Cravotta or Bravotta Brothers back quivers?
Cravotta Brothers were I think out of Pennsylvania. I have one of their kids bows and also an adult bow. They had better ergonimics on their bow handles than most of todays bows.
I am not familiar with their back quivers.
Cravotta bros owned BlackHawk bows. They were from McKeesport PA- a suburb of Pittsburgh.
Some of their quivers were made by Wyandotte from what I have heard. This had to be many years ago.
I have one of their back quivers in excellent shape. Seems very well made has the knife sheath similar to the "Old Bear" back quivers. Has a file sheath built in side of the zippered pouch. Light enough leather that it fits well on the back and arrows do not rattle around. Only problem is I'm too big in chest and belly to use the accesory [not the over the shoulder]strap that attaches to the shoulder strap. Anyone looking for one? Contact me.
