I braved the cold New Years day here in CT and it paid off. Wish I new how to post some picks, shot a nice doe at 3:30. I only hunt afternoos because it's been so cold this year. I figured it's the first high pressure system we've had in a couple of days and they'd feed early. Had 6 in sight and took the first one. I'm trying a new lighter arrow set up with Beman Classics at 494. Passed right through the chest and stuck in the ground on the other side at 20 yds. I used a Razor Cap that I Diamond hone to get sharper, it worked! Hope every else has some luck.
Congrats, I went squirrel hunting with a gun and had a small deer walk by me at 10 yards, should of had my bow!!
Congrats. Braved the cold is right...man if it was anywhere near as cold there as it was here...
