I stalked the strangest creature today and all my arrows passed right thru, it left no blood trail what so ever. Has any one ever had this happen? Maybe I should use different broadheads?

Good one Jim.
Great penetration with your setup.... LOL
Looks like Christmas there in MN.. It is 58 degrees and getting ready to thunderstorm here as I type this.
JDS III
Looks like it would make the book!!!!!
Heck, I'm impressed you got that close without being busted!
You need a flaming arrow to bring those critters down!
You have to shoot those with Righthanded Bows
:bigsmyl:
Trap
Maybe next time try a blow torch tip..
I have found that field points pass through too. Never seen one with that nice a rack though. Looks like you got good and close on your stalk. Happy Holidays Jim.
You are not aloud to shoot the albino ones in our state...Better check the game laws where you're at.... :biglaugh:
Mebbe THIS is a case for the single bevels....
Try heating them with a torch, and dipping in red food color.
looks like a great day  :clapper:
those are proteced in california...the DOJ will be at your doorstep shortly...
 :clapper:
Did you take off your boots for the stalk?
I only see them near roads and they always freeze in the headlights. Urban sprawl must be encroaching their habitat. Have not spotted one in the woods yet this season. I've tried summer spotting them but have not had much luck either. Good that you found one this season.
Keep shootin him, you'll bring him down eventually lol. :goldtooth:
Good looking critter.
Did you have any trouble gutting it out?
How where the backstraps?
Is he albino or piebald? I'm guessing piebald due to the black eyes!
Last summer i thought i saw one when when we were using a 1 million candle power spot light but once the beam hit him he just melted into the forest litter.
The Back straps were rather disappointing
Ya got kinda close witout the use of snow camo. That's some good stalkin' buddy!
... mike ...
How much for a guided hunt?
let me tell ya it was a long slow stalk, i moved only when it moved
Don't let that smile fool you...better keep shooting! Looks like he's charging your camera man! :bigsmyl:
mmmm...Those backstraps just melt in your mouth. :D
That one will make a real challenge for the taxidermist!
It looks like Al Franken.
Man that is cold!!!LOL
nope don't have them in oz.
looks like a chilly-cabra! :knothead:
