Title: A Thanks To Jay Novaceck
Post by: longstick on December 25, 2008, 12:11:00 PM
Was able to speak to nephew last nite from Irag. At the beginning of the call a recording was heard..."this phone call is being paid for by Jay Novaceck, talk as long as you like"
This was heart warming to know that a former Dallas Cowboy would have it in his heart to do this

Wow, that is totally awesome. I remember the days when he played for the 'Boys as tight-end I believe it was. Very talented too. Thanks for sharing that with us.

Bet that was a shock.  A bigger shock would have been if it was TO.

One of the greats. He redefined the tight end position in my opinon and at a time when a tight end was used mostly as another lineman. I believe he is one of the only college players to go pro from the university of wyoming
