Looking for a place to get discounted bare woodies, don't really have the room in the shop to start making my own, but am having trouble paying over $2/per, for how many arrows I go through....any suggestions? preferably 50 spine 11/32 or 5/16.

Wapiti Archery sells "stumpers". I think they are around $20 a dozen.
