Its more than likley thick because of the temperature, put the can in a container of hot water for 1/2 hour or so and I believe you will find its thinner. If not thin with Bohning thinner, bohning products are very unique, there is nothing like them on the market, too insure compatibility use only there thinner.

Fletch tite is a lacquer and a lacquer thinner should thin it nicely.  I've always used fletch tite's brand to thin fletch tite sealers in a 1 part thinner to 2 parts sealer ratio.  Have used different brands of lacquer thinner to clean up fletch tite spills though.

Add a couple drops of MEK and give it a couple of minutes. It wont effect the glue or make it clot up. Jason

I thin Bohning paints and glue all the time with lacquer thinner.  That is "real"-normal-everyday lacquer thinner.  Been using it for years.

Cleans up old dipping and cresting nicely too.  Just soak a bit and wipe off and you have a clean arrow to start with.

I have never had a problem with alums or carbs.  Don't know about woodies!

Oops!  Though I used the term fletch tite (which is the feather adhesive) I was thinking fletch lac (which is the shaft dip).  Of course, both are lacquer based, so lacquer thinner will work to thin them.  Certainly don't need to go to a 1 part thinner to 2 parts fletch tite though to thin the glue.  That would likely be way too much.  Good ratio for the fletch lac though.
