Well My Friends, Today is the last day of New York's late bow season.
This is the last chance for us untill next year. Time for Old Woodchucker to make one last stand.....
I'm headed out this morning and I'm going to climb up in the ladder stand that I purchased and set up this year. I can honestly say that it hasn't gotten alot of use this year, but maybe today..... I don't know how long I'm gonna be able to sit up there, but I'm gonna give it my best shot, but maybe today.....
Wish me luck My Friends.....
Good Luck!
Good Luck!!!!!!!!!!
Good Luck Chuck, Have Fun

best of luck...

 ;)
I thought Tues was the last day?
Well My Friends, It looks like "tag soup" LOL :bigsmyl: I didn't see any deer, however I did see the resident coyote and he was evasive as usual. The squirrels and birds kept me company and entertained, and My Brother the Red Tailed Hawk did a fly-by to check on me and offer encouragement. It was a Good Day!!!!!
I can see myself using the ladder stand more and more. I'm even already thinking about buying another one.
Thank You all for wishing me Luck!!!!! :notworthy:
Maybe next year.....
I never sat down at the computer until this evening, but I WOULD have wished you luck if I had done so earlier.
A good day? Glad to hear it.
Here`s to next year!

I ate that last year. Kinda leaves a nasty aftertaste.
My sons are having a pot of it this year...again, but at least ol' dad is giving them a few steaks and chops for Christmas. Last year the three of us went O-for.
It just makes it that much more special when you connect. Good luck next season.
Well played, Chuckster!
...Bunnies beware!
Killdeer :)
WOWZERS!!!
I understand the accomplishment of 6 1/2 hours in one place. I can get pretty anxious and jumpy.
Congrats on using the ladder stand as well. Gets a little easier being off the ground, as each experience passes.
Chuck...you get the medal of honor for spending 6 hrs in that ladder stand....I know I couldn't have done it....too bad the deer didn't cooperate. :notworthy:
