I have a chance to trade one of my compounds for a jeffery longbow. They said the bow is the 67" one that they only made 1 year. Its hill style. I'm asking 375.00 for my hoyt. Is it a good trade? I dont know anything about longbows , just want to try shooting one...Thanks Roy
this is the only bow ever made like this.. this is a once in a life time bow. mr. owens told me this one was made just for a man named mike kyzer. i think it would be a nice trade out..
thanks stickit....you are right....its the only one they ever made....now here's the 20 that i owe ya.......lol
Mike, I'll ship to you tomorrow..I think i'm getting tag teamed here.. :bigsmyl:
any bow would be a good trade for one of those things. longbows only way to go. :goldtooth:
I've shot a 68" Jeffery LB (63#@28") exclusively for 15 yrs. Thousands and thousands of arrows have gone through it. After 25 yrs. it is still going strong. I would suggest you run for it in a hurry!
Dont forget to post pics when you got it :readit:
Wheels for a stick, what's the hesitation?
Didnt trade for the longbow..It was too heavy on the draw. I traded for a gamemaster with camo dorado limbs instead. It was more my draw weight. Not a longbow but no wheels ..Roy
Roy, what site are you useing, I have a compound that I would like to trade for a longbow but can't seem to find any takers.
At least you are getting something for it, they make good boat anchors...PR
