I always enjoy seeing the bows that other Tradgang members have or have just received so I thought I would post a few pictures of my new Morrison Shawnee with foam core recurve limbs. The skins on the limbs are moccasin skins from a few snakes I killed this summer. A really sweet shooting bow, 58 inches and 55@28. The riser is ebony and chechen. I have already taken a deer with it !

Ray ;)
If that doesn't make you want a Morrison, I don't know what will. Congrats on the bow and deer.
Nice bow, T. She going to Tejas in February? Congrats on yet another nice'un. Grant
That's a fine lookin bow, Thomas. I hope it shoots as good as it looks.
That is one fine looking skin. Anybody know where I can get more.
Wow...good looking bow mate. Bob even sent you a dog too...lol.
Bob,
if you come to MS we can get you all you want.
hogdancer,
its looks like we will have plenty of hogs to hunt after deer season is over. i have killed seven in the last 10 days
My son is stationed in MS. He is in Japan now. But you could just catch me a bunch of snakes, skin them out and dry them and send them to me. Or after my son is home in MS, I could pick them up and save the freight.
very nice
Always wondered how cottonmouth skins would look on a bow. Now I know. Thats what I want if I ever skin a bow. 1)cottonmouth 2)copperhead 3)canebreaks
Thomas,
Love to see the bows in your stable, they are always an eye catcher! Take care my friend.
Kevin in Micigan
Thanks Kevin, I have thinned down a good bit though.
All cottonmouths don't look like this, I lived in Louisiana most of my life and never saw any that looked like this, those I have seen in my part of Ms. do.
Great bow! I am sure it shoots as good as it looks.
Nice bow, and awesome skins!!!
