Trying to help out a friend. He has a Bear Tiger Cat Bow serial# KN25185 AMO 58" 40# Made in Canada 1953
Anybody Know what this worth or any other Info on it?

I've had a couple of Tigercats over the years, not one of Bear's high end bows, but nice shooters and kind of pretty. The 1953 is just the Canadian patent date and has nothing to do with date of manufacture. The "K" beginning the ser. # puts that in the 70's- I'm sure some of the guys on here w/ a lot more knowledge than me will be able to pinpoint it better. As to value? Who knows? On ****, probably 75.00-150.00 depending on condition and the whim of the bidders.

They only made the Tigercat 58" in one year and that was 1970. They had a light tan glass and white overlays and a bubinga riser. They usually bring between $90.00 and $150.00 depending on the condition.

Its like new. not sure if it has ever been shot. it's never been in the woods. limbs are straight, no twist. no scratches even the original rest looks like new.
