Title: my first shane hyme longbow
Post by: celticknot on November 02, 2008, 04:10:00 PM
It's 55#@28 66"It's made of rose wood grip with cocobollo over lays and limbs. It has a bacote stripe. It also has a phenolic peice on the arrow shelf to protect the wood from small falls. It has some nicks from where my friend knocked it over on asphalt the first day i had it.  (http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3147/2996591632_b57448701c.jpg?v=1225655574)  (http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3156/2995752197_9b86e96b52.jpg?v=1225655588)  (http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3074/2995752111_f5bac99476.jpg?v=1225655608)  (http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3015/2995751917_6cb0450b5a.jpg?v=0)  (http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3070/2996591312_e3a9bd4aa7.jpg?v=1225655646) [IMG]

Shane makes a nice bow.  I had an osage with boo limbs he made me a few years ago.  I traded it for a Morrison though.  I might have him make my next one though.  He just started making a cool little hybrid
