Chris asked that we send pics as his SoothSayer is being built. Can't think of a better way to show him.
Now it takes two weeks from the time a bow enters the build process til it's ready to ship. We are almost a week into it at this point. Steps already accomplished are building the parts, intitial glueup, trimming, handle fitting and glueup. After cleanup and getting it to the right dimention, Here we are ready to shape the handle today.

Let's keep this up for Chris. Must be on a mission in the desert.
Mike
I agree! Keep it on top, I love watching bows evolve!
Great looking bow and thanks for the build along!
looking good :0)
More ,more! Mike is the Soothsayer the same bow as the Oracle without glass?
Yep it is very simular. Better said is the Oracle is design after the SoothSayer only with glass.
Mike
I'll be following this one, Mike! You sure do make beautiful bows. Matt
Thank you for the update, and when Chris can get back on the site, he'll enjoy this one and want to see even more!!
We'll keep posting progress until the bow is finished and on the way.
Mike
SWEEEEET!!!
David
Mike,
The bow is looking great...
Hopefully I can put some pork on the ground with it.
I am really looking forward to shooting it.

Bow is currently at 58# @ 26 and will sand in to the target 55#. We will add tip overlays today and get it sanded. Final shooting will be this afternoon with 50 shots at 27" before finish is applied. Should start shooting finish on Monday.
Mike
Mike you do some beautiful work. I WILL have one of those with the horn belly someday.
Congrats Chris on a nice bow.
Tim
Mike and Jason,
Can not wait to put some arrows through her!!!
What more could a guy ask for...coming home on leave to see my family, plus get in some quality hunting time with my Dad and son, and to top it all off a new bow to chase the local hogs around with.
JUST AWESOME
Thanks guys
TTT Um Mike it's Tuesday :saywhat: and you said Monday.
Denny :bigsmyl:
Well it was a bad couple of days, I hurt my back splitting out an osage stave and was laid up til yesterday. The bow is shot in, sanded and ready for finish. I'll take a couple of pics today.
Finish looks like this afternoon. . .maybe.
Mike

On it's way home today!!
Mike
Chris will be home this Saturday if things go well, he'll be one happy camper.
That is one great looking bow! Just received an e-mail, and Chris will be in Pensacola this Saturday.
Larry,
The bow should be there Wed or Thurs. Just in time. Hope he can lay something low with it while he's home.
Mike
Great job.
Mike,
We are sure gonna try. We are headed to the cabin for 6 days of hunting fun. That is one pretty bow, and I'll be on the lookout for it.
Thanks again,
Larry
That is really neat and good timing.
Very nice.
Bow looks great Mike...can not wait to get her tuned up and into the woods.
Technology is great...turns out that there is free wireless in the airport in Ireland. So, while waiting for crew swap I get to hang out on TG and check out my new bow :bigsmyl:
It sure is a beauty!
Killdeer
Tehy tried to deliver the bow yesterday and now it's in the USPS. Killdeer did you have anything to do with that?
Will someone go rescue the bow from them, they are probably fondling it right now.
Mike
Sorry! I had a late work day -- but tomorrow the bow is going to be picked up and pics will be posted tomorrow evening!
Chris will get to see the bow on Saturday when he arrives home.
