Title: Catquiver Question
Post by: Phurba on October 29, 2008, 09:21:00 AM
Has anyone found a good way to put several different length arrows in a catquiver (i.e. broadheads, magnus small game blunts, judo point, etc.)?

I added extra foam on one side of the hood.

A small block of wood with a few holes drilled in it keeps my judos in nicely.  I just cut it to fit, and used some small screws to attach.  The holes are where the nose of the judo would go.

I glue minicell foam into the bottom of my judo space, its the same type of foam used in the cat bottom where the broadheads go, ya can make it as thick as needed and the points stick in it a little holding them in place.

For judo type heads I saw a single slot in the plastic and slide one of the judo's arms into it. It always stays in place and doesn't rattle around to dull bhs.

I have 4 catquivers all differnt sizes. I have tried lot of differnt ways the best way I found is to cut my field points arrows 1 1/2 longer than my broadhead arrows that way they are the same length.

I installed two judo adapters from 3Rivers archery in my Catquiver II. They are simple to install and work great.
