Title: Bow fix?
Post by: Launcher on October 28, 2008, 12:42:00 PM
Bought a 40# recurve for my 12 year old. There is a small pin sized hole on the back of the upper limb. It looks like a burn from a welding spark or a grinder. Should I? Can I? How could I try to repair this? I was thinking of filling the damaged area with an epoxy. Appreciate any suggestions.

I would fill it with super glue. Just don't stick yourself to the bow, lol. once filled just keep an eye on it, you should be allright.

Isn't 40# heavy for a 12 y/o?
