Title: BBS (PICS)
Post by: wakolbinger on January 02, 2007, 03:42:00 PM
Here's a bamboo backed supaparia bow I finished up. I named this glue up style "Enigma" and this #002. #'s 003 and 004 in progress. This one's got a spliced bias grain supaparia core and hickory and osage accents. 64" 50# at 28". I'm learning a lot from each one I make, these bows are a joy to create.

That is sweet. How did you do the Bamboo back?

The contrasting colors in the handle and tips look great too.

A build-along on this type of bow is something I haven't seen yet. Is that something you could do?

That really looks great Dan. I like the hickory and osage power lams, can't say that i have seen that before. Looks like your making up for the last few months of no bow making, keep them comin.
