Billy Kellems stopped by the Stout abode today. We spent some time in the woods and along the creek...through the alfalfa field and points beyond. Had a great visit...shot some stumps...and talked the day away. Enjoyed your company Billy...enjoy the bow and old arrow 8^).

Thank You George, for a wonderful day!!
I was parked about 26 miles from George.
Posted a where to shoot question for Breezewood,Pa...
Got to the Stout Estate @8:45, shared stories about our bows, arras and such.
Went out into a +/- 30 degree morning. We shot the big bale, stumps and even the sky....
We talked, walk thru the pasture, talked, shot leaves , yakked some more, shot some clumps, dodged cow clumps, talked, laffed, ate some GOOD homemade jelly, George played his guitar, shot some more......
Then... !! George showed me a wonderful little bow...
YEP..."I talked him" into letting me become the new caretaker...I hope George has a pic of it.
What a great time we had!
Thank you again,George.
Others have answered my posts of where or who to shoot with; and once again: a Trad Gang member has upheld the highest standards of being willing to share friendship and knowledge.
P.S. George I left the quote marks out when I originally posted...I did not mean to slight your generosity or large hearted gesture.
There is a day to be envious of! Looks like a terrific time. Billy, that is a quiet draw and release you have there!
Killdeer :wavey:
