Did you buy one of the stock bows or did you have it custom made?  What woods? Let me know what you think.

A very good friend from Texas that I have known for years suprised me with one on my birthday. Bocote and Bamboo limb core. Mike is one of the best guys to deal with. He makes a sweet shooting bow.

Agree whole heartedly. Mike and Jason are top notch. They grind my lams. Their work is perfection. The little curve is a shooter. Shot one at Denton Hills this year. I'm supposed to go elk hunting with them this year coming. I have heard rumors that the practical joking will in fact require years of counseling, therapy, and sometimes a perscription drugs to overcome....so, yeah. I'm looking forward to it.

You will not be dissapointed.  Of course I've said that before about the Orion recurve and it is obvious I'm a huge fan.  I never had dealings with Dryad before purchasing the Orion so I can't be prejudiced by thier great customer service.  :D

I ordered a 55lb Orion also but the 60". Wood is Rosewood riser with bocote limb veneers and Tonkn bamboo core.
I doubt you'll be disappointed with your bow judging by how many people give them really positive reviews.

I could hardly sleep last night thinking about the new bow.  The worst part is I have to pull out the wheels to hunt until my Jack Kempf little grizzly gets repaired (cracked)  or until the new Orion gets here.  Well thanks for all the positive comments guys.

Dang guys your making us blush.  We are very pleased with all the bows in our line and especially happy with the Orion curve.  The little fella is the best bow we've designed and built to date.

Also remember that Jason is the brains behind the scene that designed all the glass bows.  I'm just the pretty face that deals with the customers.  LOL

Shawn,

I sure wish we had one in stock for you.  I hate to think of one of our customers hunting with one of those kinda bows.

They are a sweet bow. I just bought one of the instock bows. Had Mike and Jason built a set of recurve limbs with Snakeskins on the back. I can wait.
This is my 7th Dryad bow and not my last.
