Trad Gang

Here's what we are going to do this year to show our appreciation for those that contributed to Trad Gang for the year 2008.....

1st place will win a FREE hog hunt with Ray Hammond.   This will be a 3 day hunt wrapped around a weekend....start Friday afternoon, and end Sunday afternoon.  If anyone has been following the Hammond hunts, you know how much fun folks are having with Ray and company.

2nd place will be a Ray Hammond knife ....Again, if anyone has been following the knife threads in the knife forum, or the listings on the Sponsors Classifieds, you'll know what beautiful craftsmanship Ray puts into a knife.

3rd place will be a $100 gift certificate to any Trad Gang sponsor.   You pic something you want, and Trad Gang will send the sponsor $100 towards your purchase.

Made a payment through paypal as well but couldn't put in a member number. This site has given me WAY more than $20 worth of advice. It also helps me kill lots of time since my wife is over in Korea with the USS George Washington.

Rob has this program(thank God for Rob), that pulls off all the members with 'Contributor 2008' in the title and puts them in a spread sheet.  I cut them all out and put them in the bag and my girls draw out the winners.

WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I love this place! Thanks to everyone in the gang, I am new to trad archery as of this year, bought a longbow, got it all tuned with the help from all here. I asked a million questions and all were answered. I then decided that this place and the community is top notch and thought I would donate to be a contributer since I have learned so much from all the kind folks here. Just because!

I tell ya, I am seriously at a loss for words here, thanks to all here at trad gang! I haven't had a day off work in the last three weeks, I just got home, praying all day I won the 2nd prize for the knife for my son and log on and see my name on top!

It is an honor to contribute to a site with so much good information, good will, and fellowship with other like minded folks.
It is a rare thing to find so much friendship with people you have never met, other than a few words on a post every few weeks or months!
I feel that even though I have never met most of you, when we do, we'll sit and talk like old friends.
