Yesterday I was grillin and my grandson Taylor(who will turn 4 dec 18) talked his dad into tossing a few disc for him. I know he's kinda close, but I thought he did good. Don

Fantastic. He is too cute. Just don't tell him. It might ruin his masculinity.
That yougun never fails to amaze (and amuse) me, Don. I'm so glad I found this thread. I got a bunch of e-mails in the other day and saw something about 4 year old airials, as they were being downloaded - but then about half of the e-mails dissappeared. I looked everywhere to retrieve it, as I hadn't had time to see what it was about or who sent it (I should have guessed - but I was thinking, pics from four years ago - I thought I'd lost some full draws someone had sent me). My e-mail program recently got an automatic update of some kind and it is driving me crazy trying to keep up with it. Wouldn't have wanted to miss this for the world. Thanks for posting it. Say "Hey" to the boys for me and tell Tay that I said, "Good shot, Taylor," a bunch of times. For other folks - the first time I saw, and shot, with Taylor he quickly picked up, "Good shot, Bernie," because his Grampa, Father , and Uncle said it to me (on one shot - LOL) and he kept me feeling good all day long - and that was when he was only about 2 years old, if that.
:bigsmyl: :archer:
What's best is when he missed, he didn't hesitate to turn around for the next arrow! Nothing to analyze- just picked up another arrow and shoot. Now that's how you over come those target nerves.
Good shot Taylor! You'll be birding soon!
What a joy to see.
Thanx for sharing thats awesome
Hey Bernie, thanks for the kind words. I showed your post to Taylor and hey said,"Yeh, that old guy that shot with us". LOL gotta love kids, they are so too the point. Thanks to everyone's comments. I never have to ask him if he wants to shoot, when he comes over to my house. Most time The first thing he ask's when he gets here is , can we shoot bow's. I put a lockon stand about 4 feet on a tree in the yard. I put him up there with a harness on and nock his arrows and then hand him his bow. I put a turkey, deer and bear target from 5 to 10 yards from the stand. He's getting to where he hits em most of the time. gotta love it. Don

That's what I thought! That's great no matter how close he is.
