Killed this porker on Ocmulgee wma .I was climbed on some Saw tooth oaks hoping for a deer but I have never been one to let a porker go by. shot was 27 yards and the pig went about 20 after the shot. 51@27 Bob Lee and Magnus I head.Arrow broke the leg on the off side.RC

Nice shot.I finally get to go chase pigs for a few days next week.It is always the highlight of my hunting season because all I get to hunt the rest of the time are those old stinking deer. :)

You Georgia boys must be overrun with porkers. How do you guys like to butcher/eat em?

They are starting to show up in PA a little with escaped piggies. Our game commisison is trapping them and not allowing hunting in certain places cause they believe trapping is the best way to get rid of em.

Slasher, I`m just lucky. I use the "run the stop sign method". Meaning if you do it enough you`ll run in to something sooner or later.I work week ends but your welcome to come hunting sometime.
