ok i shoot a fedora 560 t/d hunter 51@28 what would be a good arrow for me to shoot.i dont want wood.ill be hunting deer and hogs for the most part. my arrows are 30 from nock to insert.i have GT3555 and everyone said they are to light for my bow.thank you
I am shooting a Ben Pearson that I am shooting about 48 pounds. I shoot a CX terminator hunter 45/60 full length with a 50 grain brass insert and a 150 grain point. It tunes perfectly in my bow and weighs around 585 grains total. Hope this helps.
I have the perfect one for ya, A heritage 150 cut to 30 or 30.5"s and a 50 grain brass insert and 125 grain head for 175 grains point weight. I promise it will fly perfect from that set-up. Shawn
are the heritage 150 and the 3555 the same?i am shootng the 3555 now with 125 grain heads but i need more weight.
I'm shooting Beman 500 MFX Classics cut 29.5 BOP out of a #54 recurve, they fly great both with the standard insert and with a 100 grain brass insert.
564 grains with the brass insert and a WW.

How do the 3555s bareshaft tune? If you get good flight, why change?
Sometimes things do fall out of the ordinary. If you ask just about anybody on here, there's no way my arrows should fly as good as they do.
I'm shooting GT3555s cut to 29.5" with about 360 grains total up front (190 grain El Grande on a 125 grains adapter with a 50 grain brass insert). They fly like darts out of my Turkey Creek LB - 50# at my 28" draw length.
they fly great but i dont have much arrow weight
So you meant that the physical weight of the arrow is too light!
Add some aquarium tubing to them. Shouldn't affect spine, but will increase weight. Or another option is the GT weights - just add equal amounts of weight to both ends of the arrow.
