About how much weight gain will I get by going from Cedar to Ash?

The ash are quite a bit heavier but it has been my experience that altough the ash are heavier and tougher than cedar they warp too easily.  I have tried several different arrow woods and for me cedar seems to be the best all around way to go.  Just my oppinion though.

Ash will be about 100 grains heavier, give or take 25 grains or so.

Tom I love the ash shafts, they are quite abit heaver and generally I get them a little stiffer than a cedar. They do take a little time to straighten but thats a joy in its self, JMO.. They will drop like a rock after 'bout 22 yards but they will go through a brick wall...(dont ask how I know)
