just got off the phone with Brent at black mountain bows, in a previous post I mentioned how Brent was sending his personal bow down to me to use this season because mine was taking a while, well he told me today that he is giving me the bow, how cool is that!, the tips are made from the hoofs of a buffalo that brent killed on a ranch, its a 54in recurve with bacote riser, yew back, and osage belly, I'll post pics when it gets here!

The generosity of folks on this forum amazes me. Way to go.
Brent is a good one. Congrats Ian.
Brent is a class act bought a bow from him 2 years ago and still treasure our conversations. Thanks for sharing Jerry

Thats just hard to believe, unless you know Brent Rudolph. A great guy and family man.
I like talking with him on the phone too...to bad his cell service is terrible near his new digs. Who would have thought it would be worse in the east coast than sw montana. :banghead:
How sweet is that  Way to go Brent :clapper:
I got to shoot that bow at ATAR. It's a very, VERY nice bow.
If you ever decide to get rid of it, I call dibs!
sorry Big AL, I just got the bow today and am shooting the heck out of it, having a hard time hitting the center of the target at 10 yards though, but I am so used to shooting long hill style straight griped bows so this one will take some getting used to
