WOW! What a warm wellcome! Thank you all!!

Few answers:
I have Trophy Carbon 77#-longbow, made by Falco.ee (www.falco.ee)
and
new toy i have had for few weeks: Kassai Bear 105#-hungarian horsebow.

I have been shooting little bit more seriously about 3-4 year (summertimes) but now one year so that i really think what i am doing and trying to learn as much as possible.
Before i have had 2 compounds just for fun.
Ofcourse i have had all kind of juniorbows as a child, like i believe most of us have had.
When i sow Mr Byron Ferguson Incredible Shots-dvd, that was real kick for me to buy longbow and it took my heart rightaway.
My kid did get his first bow (Robin by Falco 15#) bit over year ago and he likes to shoot when i go shooting. Now i bought few days ago a new longbow (Robin 22# by Falco) I sure try to teach him as well i can  ;) ...But perhaps i should ask him some lesson´s. LOL
Anyway this is great that you have this kind of forum and gang. Thanks to Cody Roiter who ask me to check these sites. This is great!!
I also think that we taditional archers should keep our heads up and show to the world what taditional archery really is. Today there are too many archers who think that compound is only possible bow and all the rest is only some kind of myth of Robin Hood or just toys and so on...
In Finlad unfortunatelys some combound archers has kind of bad attitude against traditional bows.
Well you Trad Gang memgers are great and polite. It is pleasure to read your experiences and knowledges.
Have a nice day all! Keep on shooting!!

I can shoot like that -- in my dreams!!!

Seriously, that is nice shooting Marko. Your son is very good too. If you keep that up you may be the next Byron Ferguson.

Thanks for the videos and welcome.

Trophybow1,

Thank you so much sir for sharing your videos. In particular, my daughter and I took great joy in watching the videos of you with your children. Our favorite was the skeet shooting video:^)

In my family, I'm a third generation longbow hunter, my daughter is working towards being the fifth generation longbow hunter. She is not quite progressing with the speed of your son on aerials, yet, but she's been exposed to longbows and archery hunting since her earliest memories. I've hunted and arrowed a deer with her riding in a child carrier on my back. She is now 8years old and is begining to hunt small game. She greatly enjoys when she can see the pictures of other kids shooting bows and arrows. Thanks!!!

We do not have great video equipment, and as a result I only have a few uploaded of my daughter. But, we would like to share with you a couple that we have. The first was of her from ages 5 to around 6 or 7years old. The second was her working on form at age 8.

Hey Daddy Bear and thank you sir!!
We just watched your daughters shooting vids. GREAT!

My son told me to say to you: That was great shooting.  ;)

I think your daughters form of shooting is VERY good. Good anchor and following after felease. Good style. That is what we should practice with my son.

I asked you to be our friend in YouTube so perhaps we can share our vids again and see our kids growing and how they advance in archery.
Maybe we can learn something from them also  ;)

So say hellos to you daughter too and keep in touch ok?
Best regards

Trophy bow.  The shooting you and you little son are doing is beyond comprehension.  Perhaps you'd share your teqniques with us sometime.

;)  Thank you for your complimets. I would be glad to share my opinions and teqniques. Just ask what you want to know and i try to answer.
Allthough when i started, i bought Byron Ferguson´s DVDs and started to learn this sport by following His advices so main things in my shooting comes from Byron i think (..and hope.. LOL).

But everyone has own ways to shoot becauce of physics and equipments and so on..

Trophy--

I've been watching your vids for a while, actually!  Your vids on youtube were a factor in getting me back into trad archery after a 12 year break.

I am getting one of my friends into archery as well, and when he asked me: "How accurate can you get with these things?", I showed him your vids!  Needless to say, he's hooked.

Glad you could join us here, and hope you stick around!

Wow! That is so nice to hear Kyodai.
Thank you very much for letting me know.
That is so nice if those vids are helping somebody to start archery, especially traditional archery.
YESS!
And i am glad to join you all. These members are very polite and friendly. And conversations are appropriate in this forum so it is pleasure.
Take care!
