Have any of yas tried the Broken Branch Bow Blind ? It just hooks into your bow quiver like an arrow. Made of some kinda plastic over wire. I found them on that auction site under hunting blinds. I got 2 of 'em, spring and fall. I put one on my longbow, and the other on a curve. They both still shot fine with no noticeable diff. I took a couple of pics and will try to post 'em later.
I give it a   check 'em out, there only $9.99.
I have no idea what you're talking about, but can't wait to see a pic.
Ok, let's try a pic...... (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v495/Stealthed/Bow/Quivers/bowblind4-1.jpg)[/IMG]
and here's a side view.. (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v495/Stealthed/Bow/Quivers/bowblind8-1.jpg)[/IMG]
Very Interesting.......
That's clever. Certainly would help break up your outline.
It looks rather awkward. How heavy is it.
Does it interfere with arrow cast, or make noise when you shoot it?
It is a bit awkward, but no big deal. I think shooting with my ghilie suit on is more awkward than using this. I didn't notice any real difference in shooting either bow with it on.
I'd say it weighs less than a real branch of the same size. I'd guess it weighs about the same as 2 hunting arrows.
I'll put it through more shooting tests today in the woods and see how it does. Shootin' at targets I didn't notice any real diff, other than lookin' through the opening in the leaves.
