I have a Dwyer Dauntless it is 51# @ my draw of 27". I cut most of my arrows 29" I want to set up some carbon arrows for it. I would like to have at least 500gr. I shoot 135gr Zwickey B/Hs. I want to go with Gold Tips. But have never used carbon. What size shaft should I go with? And how do I get the weight where I want it? Thanks for the help.

If you use a Gold Tip Traditional with a 100 gr brass insert, the spine will be close to what you need and the weight will be about 500 grains.
John's right! I'd look at a .500 spine arrow cut down and add the insert.
What about GT Hunter 3555 Cut 29" with the insert? I don't much like the fake wood grain.
Those would work fine - I use the black Exped Hunter 3555's with screw in weights with no problems. The 3555's are actually a little stiffer than a standard .500 spine, so they'll work great in your 50# range.
