Title: brass inserts for Beman ICS 500's

What size and where can I buy 100gr inserts for ICS 500's?  Anyone know?  Thanks in advance!

Is it the standard or what they call the slim version for the MFX shaft?

We have them also.  The 50 grains are threaded in the rear for the weight system, the 100's are not.  They run about .244-.245 and fit most common 5/16" internal component carbons, including the Bemans.
