Great bows! The recurve is the best I have shot and the bamboo backed horn bow is as good as they get.

With it being Static is the performance sweet? I shoot a 27" a draw will a 56" bow be too short??

Shot the static recurve at Mikes today.  I had planned on ordering a horn belly bushwacker but changed my mind after shooting the recurve.  They look a lot like the recurves of the fifties.  Talk to Mike but I don't think 56" will be a problem for you.

With a 27" draw I'd try my dangness to talk you into the 56" curve.  It will flat shoot with any thing out there an is the ideal bow for a short draw.

Good having you out today Dan!!  Thanks for the help with the lams.  It's always better when you have someone to help and talk too.

Had a great time Mike, sorry we didn't get that snake.  I was very impressed with your operation and the fact you grind your own laminations.

Does a fat baby poot?!  You'll be hard pressed to beat the performance on the Orion recurve.  I've shot most of the speedy bows and these will shoot with any of them and better than many.  As a bonus I found mine to be particularly smooth and comfortable drawing.

Yep we had a couple of guys stop by yesterday and shoot the Curve.  One ordered one and the other said he would as soon as he sold his bow.

Dang bow just sells itself.  LOL

That little recurve looks awfully nice. I was fortunate enough to finally be able to shoot one of your Soothsayers at the Lancaster shoot a while back and was VERY impressed.

Thanks, Chris.  For some reason I thought it was a one-piece recurve that folks were chirping about - no wonder I couldn't find it.

So, how does the recurve feel and shoot compared to the longbow?
