I have had a woodchuck in the past and loved that thing, well it's gone and I am looking to make some woodys, Should I get another woodchuck, or a belt sander that would be more usefull on other projects as well. What do you have???????
thanks yall

I use a table top belt sander because it is more universal. Lots of bow building project can utilize a belt sander but only arrow end tapers and pencil sharpening with a woodchuck. Pat
I use a small Delta belt/disk sander combo. Cost about $20 cheaper than the woodchuck, and gets plenty of use besides just making arrows.
Belt/disk sander here too. I use the belt a lot making bows.
