Me and my dad went to our property in WV today to set up some little ambush ground blinds for me and my longbow and some scouting. We saw an UNBELIVABLE amount of bucks! these numbers are not exaggerated.
11 pointers- 1 (6 x5)
10 pointers- 7 ( but only 4 of them were shooters)
9 pointers- 1 (this buck was unbelivable, I will be after him all season)
8 pointers- 17 ( about 10 of them were actually shooters)
6 pointers and below- We estimated we saw 20-30 small 6s 4s and spikes
We didnt even ride around half the property (7000 acres) and we were there from 8am to dark, we were so busy stoppin and admiring all these bucks haha
Ok here are some of the pics of the bucks we saw. The first buck is one of our "pet" deer. About 5 years ago we started throwin out corn on the edge of the woods by the garage where we keep the jeeps and this group of deer started regularly coming down and feeding. Now there not to afraid of us and will come down and eat while were just standing around talking by the garage. Now this buck is 3.5 years old and he was a spike then a 6 now hes an 8. He will be a real nice buck next year. These deer will never be killed by us though.

Good looking deer and property. I would be careful and not "ever educate" them with getting so close and taking pictures.
