Title: Broadhead Sharpening Made Easy
Post by: blueslfb on August 26, 2008, 10:20:00 PM
For anyone that is broahead sharpening challenged like myself, I have found an easy way to get them hair poppin sharp.

I start off with a Accusharp sharpener and when they are pretty sharp I strop them with a TruAngle leather broadhead strop.  I sharpened six Stos B/H's in about 20min and not only are my arms bald my legs are bald too.  I was frusterated with tryin to get my B/H's sharp and if I can do it anyone can.  Give it a try if you are having a hard time gettin em scary sharp.

Accusharp $11.99
TruAngle Leather strop $6.99
Scary sharp B/H's AAAAAWWWWSSSOOOMMMEE!!!!

The accusharp is similar to the Smith's that Cabelas has.  The TruAngle can be found   here (http://www.truangle.net/product_info.php?products_id=38)

Sam, I bought both of them from a local archery store but I believe 3RVRS sells them both.
