Barge Cement. You can buy it from 3 rivers.
What D. Key said.
ditto barge cement.
fletchtite works in a pinch, but I use it exclusively....
The best is Shoe Goop. I've had problems with Barge cement, but not with Shoe Goop.

Charlie told me to glue the Seal skin to masking tape and then tape it to the shelf. That way it can be moved or replaced easily. It works.
Havent used it on seal skin but have on other rest materials. Exterior grade double sided tape. Quick and no mess.
I've had good luck using the double sided tape (industrial) on leather. Don't see why it wouldn't work on seal skin.

Pliobond, waterproof rubber cement
I have also used rubber cement with good luck.
Have seal skin on all my bows, what D. Key said, barge cement.
Barge cement, or in a pinch elmer's rubber cement. Barge is the best though.

Whump Sez; Any kind of rubber type cement works well and I too have used fletch tite for most everything. That being said; if your nock point is not set too low and your spine is right for your bow a seal skin arrow rest will last almost as long as your bow. I have seal skin on all my bows and have some on a Hill style bow that has well over 2000 shots over it and still looks good. Rug wear on the shelf is caused by [1] a nock point that is set too low and [2]spine that is incorrect for your set up. Hunt safe.
Shoe-goo works pretty good havent tried anything else. Im on my third seal skin rest, i keep wearin them out! Take care Matt oh and it was cool to see your acticle in TBM!
how do you get it off to replace it?
I just pull it off and clean off the residue with iso alcohol.
pliobond because i could not find any barge.seams to work well.
I just use a good amount of Fletch-tite Platinum. Never have a problem.
