Looking for opinions on what is the best binocular harness system out there for the bowhunter. Any opinions welcome.
Take a look at the Optic-Belt.
Pocket Zeiss, left shirt pocket.
I normally just tuck them in the front of my shirt/vest/coat.... :archer:
I just picked up the Crooked Horn brand from Wally World. Nice harness system, connection system is zip ties & O rings.
I've been using the Crooked Horn harness for several years. It's always been reliable, comfortable, and never given me even a moment of trouble.
Rooselk , might have to rethink the taking it back. I didn't connect my binos, just seen the ties etc. THANKS !!

Believe me, when I got my Crooked Horn harness my reaction was the same as yours when I saw the attachments. :D But as I said, after several years of usage they've never given me any trouble at all.
Thanks for the input.
Anyone ever used the Brunton Binocular Pack Strap?
I made my own using the strap that came with the binocs and some thin bungee and a clip. I made 2, it cost 4 bucks; but more importantly it works better than those you buy.

A DIY option is to tie some inner tube(or stretch cord)around one lens of your binos and the other end to a belt loop behind your hip on the same side as the lens you tied. Keeps the binos close to your body, almost underneath your arm pit but always accessible.
I have never liked a harness/strap system designed to carry the binos in front of you. I have always used a long strap that carries my binos like a haversack (possibles bag) The glasses ride on the side of my body on my hip about waist level. When I need to use them,I just grab them and bring them up to my eyes. The strap slides up over my shoulder, down accross my back, and up under my arm. When I'm done, they slide right back in place on my hip.
Easy, Comfortable, and out of the way
