Title: Vapor and Carbonwoods
Post by: Robert Honaker on August 12, 2008, 12:22:00 AM
Are these arrows history?
I know Goldtip bought Blackhawk out.
Are they going to keep making the Vapor line, or did they just want to extinguish the competition?
One dealer told me the Carbonwoods are over with, does anyone know about the Vapors?
I've tuned my bow to the Vapors. I wonder if that was a mistake?  :knothead:

Get ahold of Sipsy River.   ;)   They'll take care of you.

Sispsey River may have em now, but what about 6 months down the road?  I use Carbonwoods for my hunting set up..

My suggestion...if it's a shaft that meets all your expectations, then buy as many of them as you can find...

What I believe is happening is a major change in spine sizes and labeling. I am not sure, but we may see some spines like .550 and .450 as opposed to 2000, 3000 , 3555 and 5575 etc.
Personally, I believe this is the right thing to do for the traditional business.
I would like to see standardized sizes all based on actual spine. And, we trad people need lighter spines available.
