Can't wait to see the pictures
Congrats Scott. That Dwyer seems to be the bow for you. I'm gonna have to get my hands on one of those. I'm sure you're gonna love it!
Dwyer crafts a dang good bow. I've owned one Dauntless and two 66" traditional longbows. I still have one of the 66"ers which is my favorite.
My first stickbow was a defiant, my first year out with it I took a nice spike elk. Still love shooting that bow, and you couldn't ask for a better person to deal with than Dave.
Slayer1, can I ask what brace height and string the Dwyer boys recommended for your Dauntless? For some reason their website doesn't have that info.
Congrats Slayer.... Need to see some pics while I'm waiting for my Dauntless is due in Aug. The wait is killin me.... Mine is going to be Tulip wood veneers with bamboo cores. An ebony and tulip wood mama's arch riser...

For the Dauntless, Dave recommends 7 1/4, Most of the ones I have shot prior to this new one were set up at 7 5/8". My bow liked 7 1/2". Hope this helps! My pictures didnt turn out to good. I will try and re-take them tonight.
