Hello all!
Just a new guy, I've been shooting compounds for a number of years and decided that I wanted to head back to a more simple, less complicated method of archery to escape my peeps, sights, stabilizers, various rests, etc. I picked up a used Martin Mamba from a board member, and while the setup has become more simple, it certainly didn't become any easier. :D One things for sure though, I've been bitten by the bug.
I'm kind of quiet, so if you don't see a lot of me, its probably becuase I'm reading all the back posts trying to learn a thing or two.
Thanks again,
Chris

Hello and welcome from northern Quebec.
I "listen" more than I "talk" here too since all this computer stuff is relatively new to me although I am slowly getting a little more comfortable in getting around on this site.
Ya gotta love the folks from Wiscowson.
I hope the fun never stops for you. It ain`t easier, but its easier.
Cows make good neighbors, and if they don`t... eat 'em.
Welsome Chris! :wavey: Where are you at in WI? I'm from Lake Mills. There are some good shoots coming up around the State this month - maybe you could make one or more of them? :campfire:
Joe how did the bear adventure turn out? Leland
Welcome!!!
Hi there. Hap
Welcome! :archer:
Welcome Chris - I knew a Chris Hill that had a really tall brother. Is that you?
Welcome
Well thank you all for the welcome!
Whip, I'm over in the Fox Valley. As for getting out for shoots, lets just say I've got a LOT of practice ahead of me - but I do enjoy it.
My brother is taller than me, but not by much - we're both around 6'1" though so I don't consider it tall. :D
Welcome aboard. As Joe noted, lots of good trad shoots coming up this month. A good one at Horicon this weekend, the state shoot at Racine the weekend after, and an archery golf get together in Fond du Lac the week after that. Don't worry about your shooting, just come and have fun. Check out the WTA web site link for specifics.
