I'm sure this kind of post gets put on here every other day but...... I'm about to make my first batch of arrows and looking for some ideas.. I was hoping ya'll could help me out.. What are some personal touches that can be applied to arrows? I saw someone on here had used a blowtorch which caused a really awesome effect.. Any suggestions? (Here's a chance for ya'll to show off your artwork haha)
I like a crown dip, some cresting and splicing the fletching.
I make little divits with a nail for a randam effect before staining. When complete it looks like worm holes in old wood.
What about these? POC from Waipiti archery. Tapered from 5/16 (nock) to 23/64 (point) with a 100 gr tophat field point.

The trademark for arrows leaving my shop was the Black/Silver Crest...Anyone who saw those arrows knew they came from here.
