Wyoming guys, the draw is out. Good luck to all who applied. I got an archery elk tag in 37. Time to start scouting!

Iron Bull, I have a solution to not getting a goat permit. I don't apply, and then I don't have to gut/eat the smelly critters.  :bigsmyl:
I was hoping for an elk permit in 35, which is 10 minutes from home, but I'm headed to the northern Bighorns instead. Things could be a lot worse than that, though. Elk hunting is the best!

I got an any Goat tag for 55. A buck deer for 60 right by the house. Last season I had a doe tag for 60 and all I saw was bucks, this year probably all I will see is does. O and a doe antelope tag for my backyard. I also saw some any whitetail tags left for around my house may have to get one of those as well.

God! I LOVE WYOMING.

Those of us who are fortunate enough to live here sometimes forget that we are, in essence, America's Serengeti. In my humble and totally unbiased opinion, we live in the best place in the land; awesome country, great hunting, tremendous fishing, and for now only a half million homo sapiens. I'm with you, Jack, I love the Cowboy State.
