Somehow I "drew" general elk, and 2 doe tags.
Looks like I drew antelope and mule deer. Good luck to all. Looking forward to pix in the fall.

Why is when I DON'T really care if I draw or not, I end up "having" to hunt them Smelly ole Goats. (http://i35.photobucket.com/albums/d171/IronBull_/Smileys/smiley-yawn.gif)
i suppose I did get my goat and a GEN elk tag. But, they don't count, pretty much a given. Should be fun
Thanks a bunch. It's a great treat and an uplifting being in this Extreme hot desert of Dubai. I got an any elk in unit 41!!!!!!!! Haven't got to hunt elk in a couple of years.
MADE MY DAY.
Iron Bull, I have a solution to not getting a goat permit. I don't apply, and then I don't have to gut/eat the smelly critters. :bigsmyl:
I was hoping for an elk permit in 35, which is 10 minutes from home, but I'm headed to the northern Bighorns instead. Things could be a lot worse than that, though. Elk hunting is the best!
Here's a little teaser for us goat hunters!!! Man I'm pumped...can't wait to get after em!!!

I got an any Goat tag for 55. A buck deer for 60 right by the house. Last season I had a doe tag for 60 and all I saw was bucks, this year probably all I will see is does. O and a doe antelope tag for my backyard. I also saw some any whitetail tags left for around my house may have to get one of those as well.
God! I LOVE WYOMING.
Those of us who are fortunate enough to live here sometimes forget that we are, in essence, America's Serengeti. In my humble and totally unbiased opinion, we live in the best place in the land; awesome country, great hunting, tremendous fishing, and for now only a half million homo sapiens. I'm with you, Jack, I love the Cowboy State.
