Try this http://www.genuinebellinger.com/flatbastard.html
look for a horseshoing supply store. thel have them.
I used for the first time a Nicholson AXE file. It was 6.50 and cut my grizzlies and the WW that my cohorts were using BEAUTIFULLY.
I am getting a couple of those right away. I highly recommend them.
Ray, how wide is that axe file?
MSC industrial supply should have something
Grainger's is local and they have everything
got mine at a NAPA auto parts store. its 18" long and almost 2" wide.
I have bought mine at Lowes or the Depot. 12-14" Nicholson mill bastard is what ya want.

Kadbow,
I think its about 1 1/4 inches wide, about 8 inches in the tooth area, and about a 4 inch handle section.
If you google, it comes right up. Hang on..I will do it.
Ace Hardware always has my mill bastard- 14 inches long..1 1/2 inches wide.
I bought a Nicholson mill bastard, 12" at Northern Tool, and Hunt, Trap, Fish, is right, check out a farm/ranch supply store especially if they sell horse shoeing tools

I know home depot and lowes carry 12-inch Nicholson mill files...
Thanks everyone. I found what I need. I like the 160 snuffers and the 14" Nicholson is 1 1/2" wide. Just what I need.
