I've got a 58# @ 28" Super Shrew coming. I'm looking to get some arrows to test out with it. I draw to 29" so I'm assuming about 61#. I'd like to keep point weight somewhere between 225 and 325. Any advice on which spine of MFX classic?
Thanks for any tips you can give!

The 340 would be the go.

I draw 28 3/4 with my Super Shrew Samurai and I'm at 59# at my draw. I shoot the 400's cut to 29.5 with 200 grain points.

400's or 340's should work. You may have to leave the 340's a little longer.

Thanks for the advice guys. Sounds like I'm right on the edge.
I need to make a small correction to my original post. The bow is 56@28 so about 59 at my draw. So maybe 400's are right?
Thanks again,

I shoot about 56# at 29.5' draw. I use the 400's with 100 grain brass insert, 125 and 145 grain heads. I've even used 175 grain heads with lots of arch to the shot.

Ha, I meant 29.5" not feet!

I shoot 400's (29.5")out of my 64# all the time with 300gr up front. These same arrows fly superbly out of my 54# as well.

My set up is exactly like Ray Lyon's. Same specs and all.

vaporwood 3000 would work too.......

I'd be real surprised if the 400's were'nt stiff enough.

Hey, call 3 rivers and get one of their test kits if they still have 'em... You'd get 2 of each size shaft. Then you could figure out what works for you.. For me, it would be the 340's, I must have a crumby release !!
