Your form looks very good to me!  :thumbsup:  You're friend's form isn't bad, I think he could do with working on dropping his elbow a bit and working on his follow thru. But otherwise, nice shooting!  ;)

By the way my friend shot 640 points on 25 meters in competition last weekend.

It looks from this view that back tension, (scapular retraction) is minimal. I think the draw could be substantially improved by pulling that shoulder blade back at terminal draw.
