Anyone know where I can find some 4" LW shield cut Chartreuse feathers? I think 3Rivers has them, but their cost seems significantly higher than the rest. Am hoping for another source.

Get a chopper and you will get two from a full length feather...that is how I've been doing it for a while now, works out great.
