YOUR BID MUST BE TIME STAMPED 9:59 TO COUNT.

BUT!!!...I would not wait till the last minute, or even last 15 minutes if I really wanted something.  

With all that we have done to prevent a crash, there is no guarantee we wont have some sort of crash if folks all try to bid in the last few minutes.
