I sure will follow along. Maybe it's old age but lately I have had the desire to do something like a safari. Just being there would be exciting to me.
It will be good to be back posting stuff again. I'll be working on arrows the next few days and sharpening Broadheads. I'll take you along.

They are Woody Weights and I've sold them for years. They don't make em anymore, like most good things. But I still have a few on the website. They work great on wood shafts getting the weight forward.
Cooking bacon wrapped Zebra fillets on the coals the last night there last year. Best tasting meat over there along with Eland!

What weight is your Tall tines? Does Africa have a minimum draw weight of the bow and arrow weight?

56@26. I think there is a minimum weight but haven't looked into it in a long time. More so for dangerous game than plains game.

Yes another great group going with me again. Some first timers and some returning. My good friend Darryl Quidort is going and it will be great having him in camp.
This is my good friend Shawn Money that went with me two years ago and he is going back this year. He got a duiker with his recurve but I can't find the picture.
Got a package of big medicine today. Alan Altizer sent me these two Snuffers for my hunt that Roger actually made and gave to him. One he used to kill a deer with.
I'll be mounting these on a couple of shafts and run em through somethin in a few weeks.
This afternoon was fine tuning the brace height and nocking point on the bow to this arrow set up. Once I got it dialed in I glued on all the heads and made up some practice arrows and a judo. The one with the Grizzly is for Guinea fowl and baboons.
I then sharpened all the Snuffers to razor sharpness then gave em a coating of bear grease.
We leave the 10th of August.

Sharpened the last arrow to go in the box. All sharpened up, a Grizzly Broadhead for a Baboon. After all I've taken over there with this set up I had to throw one in for tradition.
