Title: Bow Quiver for a Toelke Pika
Post by: BrownA5 on July 09, 2026, 12:11:01 AM
Looking for recommendations for a bow quiver for a 56" Toelke Pika.  Prefer something lightweight to match the bow.... Probably not more than a 4 arrow quiver.

These are pricey but afford the option of fastening to a short riser while keeping some distance between hood and grippers.

I'm using a Great Northern Kickback on my 54" Pika. It's light, the kickback feature keeps the arrows aligned with the lower limb, and you can carry 1 to 5 arrows. I've never needed more than three, so that's what I carry.

I have a couple of thunderhorn quivers that work great.  Both are 4 arrow models.  One is a strap on model that goes great on my Toelke Whip and the other is a bolt on model for my Bear take down.  I asked to have the hood dyed to match the black and red colors on the bear and they did a great job.

I have a Selway Mini 4 arrow on my 54" Pika in a black rawhide.

Appreciate these recommendations.  I will have check them out. I just acquired this bow and the strap on quiver I have seems bulky.

Sounds like Eagles flight would be a good fit for your pika.Very light and does not have a big footprint

First time I have looked at EFA. Their quivers look great and are exactly what I was looking for!

Dan I would probably look at the 4 arrow Eagles flight quiver. You would have the option of a 3 arrow gripper with the 4 arrow hood.Gives you a little more room for bigger heads.A 4 arrow would gripper would be fine as well.Personel taste and depends on how many arrows you think you might need.I never needed more than 2 personally.

The three arrow is a cool little quiver.Very small and tiny footprint.Obviouly ultra light. The hood being small might not be the best if you use big heads or really long heads.

The 4 arrow is really lightweight as well.

I use the Eagle Flights strap on quiver for 3 arrows.  I think it's about the smallest and lightest you can get.  At least that is why I got it.  I use it with my whip, which is much bigger than a pika.  But I just hate big stuff hanging on my bow.  I considered a 1 arrow holder but that seemed almost not worth the trouble.

I have only ever used Great Northern quivers and love them. But if I ever want a differant one the EFA is at the top of the list. I like how small and minimal they are.

Looks like I will be purchasing the 4 arrow quiver with the wing.  Thanks for all the input!

Another vote for Eagles Flight quivers. Very light weight and quality workmanship. I use a 4 arrow that looks almost new at over 15 years old.
