Post by: BrownA5 on June 05, 2026, 08:26:00 AM
Does anyone know if Art Vincent is still doing traditional leather quivers and arm guards?

Art passed away in late 2023 from what I was told. I did a lot of leather work back in the day, Art was very gifted in his ability.

Sorry to hear he had passed!  I was always going to buy one of his quivers.  Should not have waited!

Thanks for letting me know!

I bought a bunch of leather from Steven Catts. I have about four of his quivers. He's gone also :(
Scott Teaschner from Wyoming Wildlife Artistry in Cody, WY, made awesome arm guards. He used to sell them here on Trad Gang.  Not had word where he is off to. I have about four of them, perdy stuff. Bomb proof.
I have been looking at this shop lately. Four Horseman's Leather down in Texas.  I have yet run into anyone with their goods. But I live in Arizona, not many Trad shooters here. I was about to order a quiver from them.

Art hasn't passed away, just talked to him during the TN.Classic,he has had a lot of health problems over the last few years and has retied and sold his leather making equipment, but still around, he lives close and I talk to him every few months. Great at leather work that's for sure.

Seriously???? It even says he passed away on line. That's crazy. Glad he is still around though!

Scott Teaschner (Wyoming Wildlife Artistry) is back in the game.  I just bought an armguard from him a few weeks ago.  Super high quality... I wanted one for many years.
