So a couple of years ago I kinda copied the Predator design. I got wedges thinned out and lost the nice flow into the riser (looked kinda goofy  Anyhow I decided to try it again with shortened wedges and get the look back. So got this one going thinking it's gonna be about 50 at 28.
Tillering blocks braced too low just trying to figure a stack right now.
Your limb alignment string jig thing is cool. I gave been meaning to make something. Like that. Any tips? 2 1/2" cirle, aluminum, 1/2" notch cut to center, rubber or something in the notch?
I have seen guys make them out big washers. I mostly use them to see if my tiller is close. If your limb profile is laid out good most times you can file the string grooves to get them pulling straight.
I bet those wedges were fun to make... :o
Actually I have two profiling jigs and there is a lot of waste.
I got one done and making wedges for another.first one finished 41@28
Thats a slick/sporty looking bow. How does it perform?

I wouldn't waste your time with those damn washer contraptions Jay. You are not going to really gain anything by doing it before your width profile has been shaped. I know... I know... this is supposed to give you a dynamic center on your limb. But it doesn't accomplish anything really except possibly damage the limb with the washer. Been there, done that, and threw mine away back in 2008.
If you get your limbs mounted on the riser block and get a straight edge to mark your center line before you shape the width profile, that's all you need. Just keep the tip width an 1/8" -3/16" wider than finished width, and cut your temp string notches shallow before stringing it up. That right there will tell you which way you need to adjust for perfect alignment.
You want your dynamic centering to be adjusted AFTER your width profile and rough tillering is done.
Hey Stic... That IS a pretty sporty looking new bow! :clapper: :clapper: :clapper:
Do you have a full draw photo? i'd love to see how much those curls open up. That looks like a winner!
