Jerry Gentellalli was the owner of Rancho Safari. He was a very innovative person. His CatQuivers came in various sizes from the original with just a hood enclosing the fletching to the II which had pouches on either side of the hood to the three which had a knapsack around the hood, to the 3.5 and other models that incorporated his CatQuiver Mini with backpacks. He also made a belt systems for the CatQuivers.

In addition he made a fantastic ghillie suit and system.

In 2007 a fire destroyed his business. It never recovered to the extent it was before the fire. Jerry passed away in 2022.

That's a Cat Quiver III. The III 1/2 had the main pack plus a pouch along each side. The materials were different over the years. First ones were a cotton fabric then fleece in various patterns were available in later years.

I'm sure you will eventually find one.

The picture you posted is a Cat Quiver I........it has the smallest zippered pouch of all the center back versions.
Actually they all are center back quivers except for the Cat Quiver Mini--this model has no pouch and uses a single strap for over the shoulder carry.

I did a quick check and have a mini, I, and IV.  May have 1 more around.  The hip belt is really a good touch.  They can be troublesome while seated, but on your feet are great.  You may need some tinkering to accommodate blunts or other heads.  Mine are in trebark, ASAT, and camo fleece.  The only TV guy I know that always has one is Tom Miranda, and that is a mini.  Here is a mini I used in Missouri.

This is correct.  The Catquiver 3 has a single large main compartment, as big as a medium-sized day pack.  My favorites are the CQ2 and CQ4.  They are fun to use but some guys have a hard time getting arrows back into the quiver while wearing it.  I do not, but that's because I practiced for a bit in my basement until I was good at it.  I personally don't like carrying broadheads in mine without a restraining strap (home-made) that provides more security against them falling out without me realizing it.  Since I also like a bow-mounted quiver, I often use my CQ4 as my day pack and small game / roving arrow quiver, with any broadheads being kept only in my bow quiver.

I was wrong.  It is a one. When I looked at the photo I saw a bigger pouch.

The photo Mike posted explains them all.

I have a mini, two IIs, and a waist strap.  Used to have a VII but never used it.  My IIs are nearly 30 years old.  One is WWII camo and one is Trebark.  Both still work like a charm.

Jerry was a founding member of the club I belonged to, Bearstate Bowhunters of San Diego, Ca. Therefore more than a couple guys had his quivers and used his broadheads the CatClaw especially when hunting the Islands for Goats and pigs. I had 2 myself but I used them on a limited basis. Gave them away years ago now. He was innovative. His cat whiskers are still used today, my favorites.

I have the Cat quiver VI, but I took the quiver off and just used the pack, I prefer a bow quiver. One of my favorite packs. It's fleece, very quiet and feather lite, room for lots of stuff but not too big.

This is my Catquiver.  I used to have a CQ4, but sold it recently after getting this one.  This one may be a CQ3.  I married it to a Summit Equipment leg pack.  Really like the waist belt set up this way, to take all the weight off my shoulders.  I can remove one or both leg packs anytime I want.  I usually leave the waist belt on all the time, but it also slides off in a couple of minutes, there is no permanent modification to the CQ.

Watch the big auction site... eee bayyy.  A search of completed items just showed that there's been a few sold recently.  I got my latest one (the CQ3 pictured above) at the Compton Rendezvous last June for $65.
