Title: Lamination Splicing Jig
Post by: Guster on January 08, 2026, 05:45:05 PM
G'day all, I am trying to make my lamination splicing job easier and make a dedicated jig versus clamping a piece of wood at an angle to the sander each time I am looking to join another pair (I know it's not too far removed from what the jig would be). I looked back and saw that there were some old posts about making a jig for grinding the angles before joining them and some old threads had some links to build alongs for a jig but they don't seem to be opening. Curious if anybody would be able to chime in with some tips. Cheers!

I have a disc sander with a block at an angle. A flatter angle to get more glue surface. If I can remember I will get some pics tomorrow
